Anna Kostecka (she/her) is a globally-minded Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategist with +12 years of experience supporting organizations around the world on their DEI journey. She spent most of her career in Toronto where her work has helped over a hundred large and medium-sized employers from private, public, and non-profit sectors build more inclusive workplaces. Anna is currently based in Warsaw where she leads a consulting practice What Works that supports employers in Canada and Europe.
She holds an M.A. degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, and an Adult Learning and Development Certificate from the University of Toronto. Anna is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) which measures intercultural competence. She has lived and worked in six countries and speaks four languages.
