I have over 30 years experience as a practitioner and scholar. I have used the IDI with numerous institutions and leaders. My PhD is in Leadership with an emphasis in Inclusive Leadership. I am the author of the book Becoming Inclusive published by Information Age Publishing in 2021. While I began working in developing inclusive leaders in healthcare since the mid 1990’s, I have served a wide range of industries.
