An IDI QA since 2010, I have used this instrument extensively in many contexts and levels of assessment -- from individuals to classrooms/programs to institution-wide initiatives; with students, faculty, staff, and community members, and in a variety of institutional settings. I have expertise in planning effective assessment design, facilitating debriefings at individual and group levels to maximize assessment impact, and leveraging assessment results to innovate learning experiences.
