Stephanie Karlstrum

Hello, my name is Stephanie Karlstrum (She/her). I have been a qualified administrator for the IDI since 2021. I currently work for Denver Public Schools as a transformational Social Emotional Learning instructional specialist. I facilitate districtwide use of the IDI including group launches, debriefs, individual debriefs, group and individual coaching, and interactive professional learning for adults. I have a passion to support equity through building self-awareness and feel that the IDI is a powerful tool to do so.
