An engaging facilitator/licensed educator and master communicator with over 25 years of experience in the classroom, the non-profit boardroom and extensive global experience, Bridget creatively guides people through thoughtful, impactful conversations. Bridget develops capacity-building efforts that transform organizations into environments where every individual has a sense of belonging. Bridget holds a Masters of Science (MS), degree in Experiential Education. She has been a racial justice facilitator for the YWCA Mankato and is a trained cultural competency facilitator for the Professional Educators Licensing and Standards Board for the state of Minnesota.
