About

I am an experienced DEI trainer and consultant.I hold a PhD in Diversity and inclusion with a particular focus on DEI in the workplace. I live in the UK but I work globally in international education. I offer DEI training and consultancy services all over the world. Having worked in higher education for over 20 years, I have an evidence based approach underpinning my training and consultancy. The research rigor of the IDI is part of what attracted me to become a Qualified Administrator for this particular intercultural development tool. Having grown up in a bi-lingual and bi-cultural household, has given me great insight and understanding of cultural differences. My love of language and culture also motivated me to study British Sign Language and I am now a qualified sign language interpreter. I am also a qualified social worker and I remain a registered member of Social Work England. I am a qualified and practicing psychotherapist and a member of BACP. My race and diversity consultancy work with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy also helps in improving research and practice within the wider counselling and psychotherapy profession. I have given many national and international keynote addresses on diversity, equity and inclusion matters. I provide training and consultancy work for large international businesses to small nonprofits anywhere in the world. I am happy to work either in person or online to suit the needs of the client.
