John Maudlin lives in Boston, MA, where he co-founded the Fields Corner Business Lab, Dorchester’s first coworking space, and launched SCALE consulting in 2014. SCALE consulting provides strategic planning, marketing guidance, and business development services for Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses. John is also honored to be a Board Member and Advisor for a handful of companies in the US and around the world.
John started his DEI journey in 2019 and became a DEI Consultant with VISIONS in 2023. After working with hundreds of Entrepreneurs and Small Business owners, John is now coaching leaders create environments where differences are recognized, understood, appreciated, and utilized for the liberation of all. John is especially passionate about working with those who identify as white and male to examine racism and sexism at the personal, interpersonal, institutional and cultural levels in their spheres of influence.
