She holds a Master's Degree in Organization and Professional Communication from Regis College and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Business from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Her expertise lies in building high-performing, effective and inclusive teams, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships and developing greater self-awareness and culturally-responsive communication across organizations.
