I am a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Instrument with over 30 years of experience in law, human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), executive leadership and consulting. I help organizations reimagine their culture, programs and operations, using a culturally competent, well-developed equity lens.
