About
With background in linguistics, tourism and International HRM, my career have made a sudden turn when after decennia of corporate life I have joined the University as a lecturer in International Communication. After qualifying as an IDI Administrator in 2021, I have been consulting colleagues, students, volunteers, refugees and professionals on navigating cultural differences and making sense of their experience living or working across cultures. With my own background of relocating from Ukraine to the Netherlands, I am able to offer extra insights on the theoretical models and make it as applicable as possible, with storytelling and empathy.
