Kelly C. Weiley is the Founder and Principal of CoAct Consulting. Kelly has worked for over two decades and partnered with over 45,000 people to cultivate trust and more inclusive work environments by tackling root causes to create lasting, meaningful shifts in behavior. Kelly’s coaching and facilitation experience spans both the public and private sector and her specific areas of expertise are diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, leadership, communication, conflict, and intercultural competency.
Kelly is currently adjunct faculty at Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) in the Master of Learning & Organizational Change program and was one of the founding designers of the Leading Equity and Inclusion Certificate. She previously held adjunct faculty positions at the University of Minnesota, the University of St. Thomas, and St. Cloud State University. In addition to being a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI), Kelly is a an ICF Certified Coach, a Rule 114 Certified Mediator, and a SLII® (formerly Situational Leadership II®) Certified Trainer. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Social Responsibility from St. Cloud State University. Kelly proudly serves on the Executive Steering Committee for the Twin Cities Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Roundtable (TCDEIR).
