Aisha K. O’Mally, Ph.D. is a leadership coach who is passionate about helping people to discover their strengths so that they can achieve their professional and personal goals. Aisha likes to get to know her clients as a whole person not just what their job title is and what they do at work. Aisha wants to know what you are passionate about, what drives you, what energizes you, and what brings you joy. She is easy to talk to, a great listener, approachable, open-minded, and honest. She has an ability to hone in on what your desires are and help you put that into action. Dr. O’Mally is a well-respected faculty member at the University at Buffalo, where she teaches in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resources department. She is also a faculty facilitator for the University of Buffalo’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE), where she has designed training workshops on topics such as Difficult Conversations, Emotional Intelligence, and Leading with Empathy. She is a certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion facilitator as well as a trained certified Leadership Coach from the University at Buffalo's CLOE Leadership Coaching Program. She is certified in Everything DiSC, Gallup Strengths, Hogan, and IDI and uses these various assessment tools, motivational and behavioral interviewing to gain a better understanding of her clients.
