About
I have a deep history in Learning and Development spanning over 30 years. I love to connect concepts, awareness and best practice to individuals and teams, helping them improve relationships and performance. While my history is heavily tilted toward healthcare and most recently higher education, I find that most challenges in leadership and people skills are often due to similar issues and performance gaps.
My goal is to support those I work with to clarify their thinking, overcome barriers and find common ground and understanding when situational difficulties surface. I am adept at making connections with others, building trust and providing consultation and coaching that supports this goal.
