Jenna Fiore, MSW, is a nonprofit leader and organizational consultant with more than 10 years of experience advancing equitable, community-centered organizations. Her work spans program operations, organizational development, strategic human resources, leadership development, and evaluation, with a particular focus on supporting women, immigrant and refugee communities.
Jenna holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Management and Leadership. Throughout her career, she has led organizational initiatives in strategic planning, workforce development, program design, grant management, and cross-cultural partnership building. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations strengthen their capacity to work effectively across cultural differences while creating environments where people feel respected, valued, and empowered.
As an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator, Jenna facilitates IDI assessments and debriefs that foster meaningful self-reflection and support continued intercultural growth. She approaches this work with curiosity, humility, and a developmental mindset, helping participants translate insights into practical strategies for leadership, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
Jenna's consulting interests include intercultural competence, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, nonprofit management, strategic human resource management, and community engagement. She is committed to partnering with organizations to build inclusive cultures that strengthen teams and create lasting impact in health, education, community well-being, and women's empowerment.
